NEW ERIC services start from 1 December 2008!
ERIC is expanding its services to reach even more children, young people and their families.
We now have a new text messaging service. Just text 447 624 811 636 to receive support from the ERIC Helpline at a time that suits you.
Plus! In addition to the usual weekday 10 to 4 opening hours, the ERIC Helpline (0845 370 8008) will now be available on Tuesday and Sunday evenings from 6.30 to 9.30.pm. These new opening hours are designed to enable access to the ERIC Helpline for children, young people and families who haven’t been able to contact ERIC because of being at work or school during the Helpline's normal opening hours.
NEW! ERIC film on bedwetting
ERIC has had a film made about bedwetting, thanks to the support of the Media Trust. The film explores the reasons for bedwetting, tells the stories of 2 boys and their families and explains how ERIC can help. Please watch our film and let your friends and families know about it.
